2. To inquire on pastor’s availability (24th May ‘09, Sun after 11:30a.m service @ ARPC; to be re-confirmed in Sept/Oct ‘09)

1. Some agreement of ideas of what we want for wedding (in process of aligning)
2. Initial guest list (as comprehensive as possible) -> Wedding venue (determines maximum table)

———> Confirm Wedding date (Paid deposit to venue on 29th June, 2009, Monday at around 9+p.m)

6 months before:

1. Bridal package? (Make-up artist with trial makeup for actual day, bridal wear, accessories, bouquet, car decorations, car, pre-wedding photo-shoot stuff -> photo presentation of our choice) (23rd May ‘09, Sat after lunch @ Marina Square level 2, bridal fair: French Bridal)

Pre-Wedding photoshoot -> Targetted for 20th November 2009 (long to do list for this!  Buy shirts, shoes, appropriate underwear, props,  manicure, pedicure, gown fitting, shoes fitting, spa, facial…. This was a very busy week between Gown Selection and Photoshoot!  Note to future brides: Give yourself more lead time between gown selection and photoshoot)
10. House hunt? -> And the time to go look at places…

3 months before:

1. Registration of solemnisation date
2. Finalise guest list
3. Take loooong leave from work
4. Selection of colour theme, food tasting and meeting of chef
5. Buy…. (surprise item)

2 months before:

1. choose wedding cards designs -> printer
2. post your cards
3. Finalise guest list
4. Arrange gathering for all the helpers over a meal – to know each other, to know who’s doing what and to distribute contact list

1 month before:

1. arrange music practice for musicians and song leader
2. confirm-confirm guest list
3. Seating arrangement, ready all your wedding vcd, music to be played, instruments..

1-2 weeks before:

1. make your arrangment with them to test your vcd, songs to make sure they can be played properly..
2. Wedding rehearsal -> sound set up, rehearse march-in, playing of cds

Ongoing tasks:

1. Manicure and pedicure
2. Regular facials
